Managing Director
Mr Joseph Wilson is a Director of MCL and serves as the senior Procurement Manager. He has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of procurement, expediting, Inspection and materials control management over a wide range of industries and project types (from small scale projects up to managing large procurement teams on major turnkey projects). Mr Wilson is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS), a Member of the Institute of Material Management and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Petroleum

Mrs. Tracey Boyle
Tracey is the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director Mr Joseph Wilson, Tracey joined the company in early 2010, and brings with her over 20 years experience in customer service and personnel management plus 10 years PA experience. Tracey is totally committed to providing our sub contractors with a personal but professional service, and this has been recognised through the feedback from our sub contractors to all of our Major Clients.

Ms. Anju Lamprell
Company Secretary
Mrs Anju Lamprell has been working for Marshside Consultants continuously since March 2009. She completed her Company Secretariat exams in 1993 and since then has gained a wealth of practical experience specialising in company accounts and administration. She is a part qualified accountant and has been specifically working for Marshside in an administrative and bookkeeping capacity.

Mr. Jon Bushby
Mr Jon Bushby serves as the MCL Project Engineer. He has over 10 years of experience in project engineering, process engineering, procurement and expediting. He was Project Engineer in the project management company (BPMCO) that was designing and constructing the Nigeria LNG Expansion Project, which had a budget of over $1 billion and (at peak) had over 500 office personnel through 4 separate engineering contractors. Mr Bushby has a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Subsea Engineering. He has experience in project engineering including the analysis and monitoring of project schedules and progress in relation to engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases to provide “look-aheads” in order to minimise potential schedule and cost overruns.
